FRA - NED Peter Teerlinck - partner [send email] Peter Teerlinck (b. 1968) studied law at respectively the University of Namur, the Università degli Studii di Siena (Italy) and at the Catholic University of Leuven, where he obtained his law degree in 1991. He also obtained a post graduate degree in European law at the “Institut de droit européen” (University of Brussels) in 1992. He joined the law firm of Schuermans & Schuermans as an associate in 1992, where he became partner in 2001. In July 2010 he became a member of the Brussels bar and a partner in our firm. Peter Teerlinck has published numerous legal articles concerning public procurement and competition law, with a focus on the services sector, as well as concerning intellectual property and IT law. He regularly lectures on public procurement law. Peter Teerlinck also handles complex and international litigation, in particular with regard to damage claims, distribution contracts and public procurement. His working languages are Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish.
